I’ve always been fascinated by people—what motivates them, what excites them, and what helps them grow. For 25 years, I built a career in Human Resources and Leadership Development, helping individuals and teams achieve their goals. From coaching new grads in leadership programs to guiding senior executives through strategic decisions, I found my greatest success in supporting others through their career journeys.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been seeing the long-term impact of leadership development. I’ve traveled to hotels around the world and been greeted by leaders I once hired in entry-level roles—now Directors and Executives. I’ve worked with leadership teams to transform employee engagement, taking one hotel’s score from 78% to 91% in just two years. These moments reaffirmed what I’ve always believed: when leaders grow, organizations thrive.
As a Regional Director of Talent & Culture, I loved facilitating leadership programs and helping leaders build career development plans. But my demanding schedule left little time to focus on what I loved most. It wasn’t until I worked with a coach myself that the lightbulb went off—coaching and organizational development were the natural next steps in my career. I went back to school, earning a Graduate Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching and an M.S. in Leadership & Organizational Development. From there, I pursued my International Coaching Federation credentials and launched my own business.
What sets my approach apart? I’ve lived every stage of leadership, from frontline management to the executive level. I understand the challenges that come with each transition, and I know how to meet leaders exactly where they are. Having worked across Canada, the U.S., and internationally, I also bring a deep appreciation for different leadership styles and workplace cultures. When I partner with organizations, I often hear, “It’s like you’ve always been here.”
Now, I help leaders who feel stuck get clear and intentional about their next career move, creating action plans that bring results. I work with organizations to strengthen leadership, increase engagement, and build more connected teams. And above all, I ensure every leader and team I work with feels supported, heard, and empowered.
